"I lived in my Barcroft neighborhood for about 40 years, and as far back as I can remember, Casey O’Neal has been a presence here, a neighbor himself who really knows all about this market! Over the years, I would get cards from Casey and, later, emails with information about real estate in the neighborhood and the county at large. Then two years ago I started working with Casey to get ready to sell my house. I did speak to another agent at the time, but Casey’s concern, knowledge and attention to detail convinced me that he was the right choice to take on my listing. We were fortunate to have a very open-ended timeline, and Casey helped us throughout a process that ended up taking close to two years, entirely due to our needs.
