About Cash
Cash Ealey is a commercial real estate advisor and co-founder of Ealey Boyd Commercial Group at Compass Commercial, specializing in investment sales, owner-user acquisitions, and strategic leasing advisory throughout the Tampa Bay market.

A graduate of the University of South Florida with a degree in Marketing and Leadership and a Master of Business Administration, Cash began his career in 2006 in real estate finance as a mortgage broker. His underwriting and capital markets background provides clients with a structural advantage in pricing strategy, debt alignment, and transaction execution.

Cash advises private investors, business owners, developers, and institutional operators across office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use assets. His approach is disciplined and data-driven — prioritizing risk mitigation, durable cash flow, and long-term value creation over short-term optics.
