About Patti
Patti relocated to San Diego more than 30 years ago and has been a consistently successful sales and marketing professional. Having been a healthcare provider and educator, along with her 12-year journey taking care of her parents, Patti has become passionate about the quality of life and family harmony for the aging adult.

Patti co-founded the Senior Stay or Goā„¢ Program and co-hosts the ā€œSenior Stay or Goā„¢ā€ TV show, to educate and advocate on behalf of our seniors and their family members. After graduating and teaching in the Dental Hygiene Dept. at the Loyola University of Chicago, she continued her education and received her MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management. She has worked with Fortune 500 and start-up companies targeting global markets in the medical device industry. These experiences have allowed her to become a compassionate listener and a strong negotiator, skills that bring successful results for her clients.

Having worked with moving families from all over the world, Patti has made it her business to know San Diego Countyā€™s real estate market. Whether she is running a Half Marathon, professionally networking to assist in establishing a new ā€œVillageā€ in North County or ringing the bell for the Salvation Army, her commitment and her actions continually provide seniors and their family members with insightful market analysis, sound knowledge, and proven marketing expertise.

As a team player, she works with first time buyers, move-up buyers and sellers directly or through their trusted professionals, such as estate planning attorneys, private fiduciaryā€™s, bank trust officers and financial advisors for probate, estate, and trust home sales.

In 2016, 2017 and 2018, Patti earned the Circle of Excellence Award from the San Diego Association of Realtors.
