Cassandra Svolis

Cassandra brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in new development sales and marketing with having worked on more than five new construction condo buildings throughout various downtown Boston neighborhoods, handling more than $100 million in transactions. This translates to a keen attention to detail and negotiation skills when working with all of her buyer and seller clients throughout all markets, from Greater Boston to the North Shore.

Prior to launching a career in real estate, Cassandra served as the Director of Marketing for an investment firm. That experience – coupled with her excellent communication and analytical skills – gives Cassandra an edge when crafting smart, creative, and innovative strategies for her clients looking to expedite a sale or purchase their dream home.

A native of Massachusetts, Cassandra graduated from Lasell College in Newton with a degree in Marketing.  After six years in New York City, she spent seven years in downtown Boston before purchasing her own home in Salem, MA.  When she is not working, she enjoys dinner with friends, hosting at her home, curating furniture for her company Beacon of Style Furniture, spending time with her silver lab, and traveling as much as possible.
