Cassidy Ginivan

Cassidy grew up in Northern Virginia and attended the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology. She worked full-time during college and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Master’s degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University.

Prior to embarking on her career in real estate in 2015, Cassidy served as an intelligence officer for the Department of Defense. She managed teams across the globe and held positions in the Office of the Inspector General, developing policy, and as an economist.

During her time in government service, she received the Meritorious Civilian Service Award, twice.

Cassidy has a passion for real estate and decided to enter the field in 2015. Cassidy consistently exceeds client expectations through her deep market knowledge, financial acumen, and impressive negotiating skills. She manages to make one of life’s big decisions fun and fulfilling for her clients. She puts her clients first- always.

Cassidy lives in Arlington, VA, with her husband, Matt, who is a real estate developer, their son, Kellan, and their rescue dog, Violet. Cassidy routinely fosters rescue dogs and gives back to numerous local community support organizations, such as Doorways for Women. For fun, Cassidy likes to do improv comedy and completed the Conservatory program at Second City in Chicago.
