Cat and his business partner were recently recognized by the Wall Street Journal Real Estate Trends and listed on America’s Best Real Estate Professionals List for 2021. As a licensed Broker, continuing education is something that Cat embraces, having recently graduated with a 100% GPA in a Commercial Real Estate Development Executive program from the prestigious institution of Cornell University.

Representing properties in all price ranges, Cat Moe often works with Buyers from out of the area who are seeking a second or third home. In the luxury market he is no stranger to working closely with many high-end business professionals and major celebrities. Cat attributes his success to a vast network of trusted out-of-town referral agents from all over the nation.

Aside from work, Cat Moe dedicates himself as a treasurer on the board of The Senior Advocates Of The Desert, a non-profit social service organization that is dedicated to helping low-income seniors obtain the government benefits they are entitled to but unable to access.

In his free time, Cat considers himself a sports nut. A former athlete at the US Olympic Training Center and US-Team member in two different sports (TaeKwonDo and the Modern Pentathlon), Cat continues to compete recreationally in tennis and Alpine Ski racing. His biggest passion and love, however, is his home life and his two dogs.
