Cate Hamiter was born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee, where her lifelong connection to the community and passion for people naturally led her into real estate. As a fourth-generation real estate professional, Cate grew up with a deep appreciation for the real estate industry and its impact. With experience spanning new construction, residential, commercial, and investment properties, Cate brings a well-rounded perspective to every transaction.
A graduate of the University of Alabama with a degree in Business, Cate began her career in Nashville selling new construction homes before working with a real estate investment company and later a residential and commercial real estate team. Today, she focuses primarily on residential real estate throughout Middle Tennessee, serving clients across Franklin, Brentwood, and the greater Nashville area with a deep sense of care and commitment.
Cate’s philosophy is simple: treat every client like family. She is known for her honesty, transparency, teamwork, and loyalty, values that have earned her lasting relationships and trust among clients and colleagues alike. As a Nashville native, her extensive local knowledge, combined with her genuine desire to serve others, makes her a thoughtful and valuable guide through one of life’s most meaningful investments.
Outside of real estate, Cate enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time outdoors with her husband, Weston, and their two border collies, Zoey and Jimmy. Deeply rooted in faith and community, she feels grateful to call Nashville home and is passionate about helping others find their place in Middle Tennessee too.
