Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Cat moved west with a spirit of adventure that continues to define her life and work.  A former cross-country runner at the University of Georgia and a 1/2 Ironman finisher, she brings the same discipline, endurance, and focus to every real estate transaction.  She’s an avid skier and outdoor explorer, embodying the very lifestyle Jackson Hole offers.

Cat’s journey to real estate is rooted in a life of exploration, service, and beauty.  She’s lived in, rented, and cared for nearly 100 homes throughout the region—gaining a first-hand understanding of what makes a home truly special.  A seasoned world traveler and longtime Jackson resident, Cat recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity as a first-time homebuyer herself, giving her a unique, empathetic perspective few agents possess.

An artist at heart, Cat is an accomplished photographer (Cat Campbell Photography), known for capturing the soul of the Tetons and sharing her visual gifts with local nonprofits.  Her eye for detail and beauty translates seamlessly into her real estate work, helping clients see potential and possibility in every property.

Cat is deeply woven into the fabric of the Jackson community.  A former educator and expedition leader, she remains active in St. John’s Episcopal Church and regularly contributes to community projects.  A dedicated yogi, she brings a grounded, zen presence to every client relationship—creating a real estate experience that is as mindful as it is successful.

At the heart of Cat’s life is her son, Cassidy, and their beloved English Cocker, Sunny.  As a mother, she understands the importance of finding not just a house, but a true home—a place to grow, rest, and thrive.
