"Cathy is an amazing real estate agent! My husband and I were not the easiest of clients. We started out wanting to buy a house near Westlake in Lost Creek or the Courtyard. It was hard finding a home in such an expensive area within our budget, but Cathy managed to find some great places. Cathy Romano's interpersonal and communication skills, unique knowledge of the Austin neighborhoods and experience living on the waterfront for over 30 years has made her a highly sought-after realtor. Cathy grew up in Seattle and is a Cum Laude graduate with a BA in Hotel Administration from Washington State University where she also played collegiate tennis. Cathy's career path took her from stockbroker to rep for a promotional products company, where her accounts included Livestrong, Polycom, Convio and Austin Java. After that, she put her writing skills to work and is a published author.
After an international assignment in France, Cathy and her family landed in Texas in 1991. She, her husband, Bob, and their three grown children have enjoyed living in Austin and have taken advantage of great schools, food, music and all the many outdoor activities that continue to make ATX so desirable.
Cathy considers it an honor and privilege to represent her clients and help them accomplish their real estate goals. Her endorsements and referrals are proof of that.
In her free time, Cathy enjoys living on Lake Austin and all the many activities that it offers. Her "off" lake activities are tennis, golf, hiking, and creating personalized books.
