Catherine Stokes

Catherine is a South Carolina native who always knew she was a mermaid at heart! She moved to Charleston in 2011, fell in love with the Lowcountry lifestyle, and never looked back. That love led her to a career in real estate in 2015. Caring and committed to her clients, Catherine enjoys introducing others to the Lowcountry good life while providing the utmost concierge-level service. Her attention to detail and strong negotiating skills help ensure a smooth experience for each and every client.

Catherine graduated from the University of South Carolina and is a Gamecock through and through. As a graduate of the Darla Moore School of Business at USC, she double majored in marketing and management. Over the years, she has honed those business skills through every real estate transaction and understands what it takes to achieve the most desirable results. Working with Catherine means having not only a sharp business professional on your side, but also a trusted advisor in real estate and beyond.

In her spare time, Catherine teaches Pilates and is passionate about sharing the benefits of a healthy and happy lifestyle. She loves reminding clients that every body is the perfect body for Pilates. Philanthropy is also important to her, and she enjoys supporting organizations such as the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights When it’s time to unwind, Catherine enjoys reading on the beach, entertaining and cooking at home with a great music playlist, exploring the arts, and making treasured memories with family and friends.
