About Cathy
With deep roots in North Fulton, Cathy brings decades of firsthand knowledge and appreciation for the lifestyle that makes the area so special. She and her husband relocated from South Carolina to Alpharetta more than 36 years ago, later settling in Roswell where they raised their family. Their children attended the area’s highly regarded public schools, and over the years, Cathy has enjoyed watching the community grow into one of Metro Atlanta’s most desirable places to live—offering exceptional dining, shopping, and quality of life close to home.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Cathy served as Director of Georgia’s statewide Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program with the Department of Public Health. After retiring from public service, she joined forces with her daughter, a successful Realtor®, bringing her passion for helping others into a new chapter focused on guiding clients through one of life’s most important decisions.
Known for her warm personality, local insight, and genuine care for people, Cathy enjoys helping clients discover the many lifestyles and opportunities the Atlanta area has to offer. Outside of real estate, she loves cooking, gardening, reading, spending time outdoors with family and dogs, and visiting her son in Colorado for family time and occasional ski trips.
