Before joining The Scott Klein Team at Compass, Cathy spent 25 years as a Media Executive at Nickelodeon, producing and overseeing some of the world's most well-known kids’ franchises. That intensive career earned her a reputation as an unwavering champion for clients, artists, and colleagues. Cathy leverages a direct communication style, a passion for achieving client needs, and the proven ability to tackle complex, multi-layered projects in a cool, calm, and strategic manner.
