With over 30 years of experience in healthcare—including 21 years as a nurse and six as an educator—Cecelia has honed exceptional listening skills and a client-first approach, ensuring that she understands her clients’ needs and delivers personalized service with integrity and professionalism. 

Cecelia and her husband, Darren, are deeply rooted in Vero Beach, along with their two grown children, Shane and Danielle, and their three beloved dachshunds—Roscoe, Lulu, and Piper. She loves spending time outdoors, whether it’s walking, exploring national parks, visiting aquariums, or enjoying the beach. Her favorite getaways include the tranquil Florida Keys and the majestic mountains, and her bucket list includes returning to Alaska, visiting Yellowstone National Park, and exploring Pennsylvania’s historical sites. Passionate about giving back, Cecelia supports children’s charities and brings her warm, community-oriented approach to everything she does, both personally and professionally.
