Ceci Gutierrez

I’m Ceci Gutierrez—a realtor, traveler, foodie, and above all, a lover of St. Louis. I was born and raised in Havana, Cuba, but made the 1,200-mile journey to STL when I was 8 years old, so feel free to ask the famous question: “Where’d you go to high school?” Real estate always felt like “my thing,” but I also knew the old way of buying and selling homes was overdue for an upgrade. Helping people realize their homeownership goals today requires a different mindset than it did for our parent’s generation. That’s why I use a modern, tech-focused approach to make home buying and selling as seamless as streaming your favorite show or shopping online. I thrive off solving problems and eliminating inefficiencies, but there’s nothing I love more than the look on a client’s face when they realize this milestone in their life isn’t as intimidating as they thought. As a fluent Spanish speaker, I’ve also had the opportunity to help a diverse group of immigrants and transplants make America their new home.
