I’m Ceci Charlton, St. Louis Realtor, professional problem-solver, restaurant enthusiast, and your go-to girl for all things home.

I was born in Havana, Cuba, and moved to St. Louis when I was eight years old. At this point, I’m officially qualified to answer the city’s favorite question: “Where did you go to high school?”

Real estate has always felt like the perfect fit for me because it brings together everything I love: people, strategy, creativity, negotiation, and helping someone move into the next chapter of their life. I also believe buying or selling a home should feel exciting not confusing, outdated, or completely overwhelming.

That’s why I bring a modern, hands-on approach to every transaction. I use smart marketing, technology, strong communication, and a whole lot of problem-solving to make the process feel as smooth and stress-free as possible.
