Chad was born and raised in the Bay Area where he grew up on a cattle ranch. He also grew up with real estate in his blood as his mother was a top producing realtor for nearly 40 years!
After receiving his degree in Business Administration, Chad went into management at the Cow Palace Event Center in San Francisco. One of the shows he managed was the Grand National Rodeo, Horse and Stock Show. After 10 years in event management Chad decided to follow his true passion of real estate.
Thanks to Chad’s diverse background and experience he prides himself in working with several different types of clients. He has worked with several luxury clients, as well as investors, ranch and agricultural land clients, military families as well as several first-time home buyers.
He has lived in the East Bay for the last 12 years with his wife and daughter. He has been involved in several community groups, has served as President of the Board of Directors of the Contra Costa Event Center in 2020 and 2021, and on the board since 2015. He also served for two years as the President of the Contra Costa County 4H County Council.
