About Chad
An Arizona native, Chad Dankberg was born in Tucson and moved to Scottsdale when he was three years old. Scottsdale has been his home ever since and they now live in the North Scottsdale desert in a home they built, not far from Cara's childhood home.
Chad obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University after spending his first three years of college at his favorite school, the University of Arizona. In 2006, he moved back to Arizona after his father passed away to help his mother and work for his father's company, RSVP Publications. Chad started with RSVP in the Las Vegas office and has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing.
He met his wife Cara, also a Realtor, in February 2012 playing kickball and got engaged at the top of Camelback Mountain about a year later. They got married in November 2013. He grew interested in real estate after seeing the passion she has for her career and the success it brought. In 2014, Chad initially got his license to assist Cara while she was pregnant with their first son. He quickly decided to make it his full-time career. Each year Chad's knowledge of the industry and ability to help their clients has increased exponentially.
They have two adorable boys named Adam and Reid. Adam loves playing baseball, football, soccer, golf, and riding his quad in the desert behind their house. Adam looks just like Chad did as a child. Reid also looks a lot like Chad and loves playing all the sports just like his brother. He's a ray of sunshine and sweet kid that has a hug for everyone he knows. They also have two dogs, a Sheepadoodle named Murray and an American Bully named Bunny that is Chad's sweet little girl.
As an avid sports enthusiast, when he is not busy working you can find Chad on the golf course, coaching his sons' baseball teams or cheering on one of his favorite teams. He has been a Cardinals season ticket holder since 2006 and loves the New York Yankees, which he grew up watching with his father (a Bronx native). And even though his degree is from ASU, Chad is a die-hard Arizona Wildcats football and basketball fan. During the winter months, he tries to keep up with his wife on the slopes. They regularly travel to Flagstaff and Colorado to snowboard.
