     I have bought and sold many homes (in several different countries even) over the years and have dealt with a number of agents, but we knew that Chad would be the only person we would trust with executing the complex task of buying or selling a home. We knew that his attention to detail, diligence, and his awareness and empathy for others would be winning factors for a successful transaction. A stellar agent needs to not only understand the complex legal and financial aspects of a transaction, but must have the ability to faithfully represent the best interests of their client, whilst engaging potential purchasers to help them see how they could thrive in their new home. It is the small things that add up: preparing a compelling offer for the purchase of our new home with a brilliant time limited offer that avoided a bidding war, then expertly staging our home using our own furnishings to avoid expensive staging services and speed listing to synchronize with the market, and building instant relationships with prospective buyers that brought in multiple offers. We had no idea on all the many steps you need to follow to successfully sell one’s home but Chad walked us through everything and kept us and all contractors we hired on a tight schedule which was great in getting the unit on the market and sold in record time and record price for the South End! He was patient, charming and witty and made us laugh during this stressful time. Also he was creative and detailed in what he envisioned on how best to sale our home. The staging was impeccable.
