Hello, I'm Chad Gray–a luxury home broker associate with Compass South Florida and co-founder of the award-winning Luxury Living Fort Lauderdale group. I've been lucky to build successful career doing what I love most; helping people buy and sell beautiful homes in one of the most vibrant and exciting places in the country.
Originally from Burlington, Vermont, I earned my degree in Business Administration from Champlain College. My passion for sunshine and waterfront living brought me to Fort Lauderdale in 2008, and I’ve never looked back.
Before real estate, I spent 10 years as a top-producing mortgage loan officer, which gave me a strong foundation in the financial side of homeownership. I became a licensed Realtor® in 2009, earned my broker license in 2016, and have been consistently ranked among the top 1% of agents nationwide based on closed sales.
