Originally from the East Coast, I moved to Colorado in the mid-1990s after quickly falling for the mountain lifestyle and the professional energy of a rapidly growing Denver—two things I’m fortunate to still enjoy today. Following short-lived career detours in the wine industry and aviation, I planted roots in Denver, where I’ve lived and worked for more than 20 years in neighborhoods including Mayfair, Montclair, Cherry Creek, Capitol Hill, Congress Park, Park Hill, Boulder, Winter Park, Granby, and Fraser, just to name a few. Colorado has been home ever since.
My real estate career began more than 20 years ago, when I was honored by my Denver Realtor peers as Denver’s Rookie Realtor of the Year. It was a very different market—defined by emerging short sales and widespread foreclosures—and I hit the ground running, learning from seasoned collaborators and gaining experience that has proven valuable through every market cycle since. Over the years, I’ve calmly represented buyers, sellers, developers, and investors across thousands of transactions, with a focus on preparation, clear communication, and results that consistently exceed expectations. My clients benefit from a broad network of trusted ancillary professionals and a thoughtful, strategic approach to negotiations.
Although traditional residential buying and selling remains the core of my business, my experience also includes land acquisitions, vacation rentals, helping investors build and liquidate portfolios, and serving on the sales team for a 42-story, 496-unit residential condominium building in the heart of Downtown Denver. This diverse background allows me to guide clients through a wide range of real estate goals with confidence, candor, and perspective.
I was later selected to lead two of my previous company’s highest-producing offices—Cherry Creek and Highlands—before, during, and after COVID. In that role, I supported buyers, sellers, Realtors, and a billion-dollar organization through an unprecedented market while growing my own business, coaching, recruiting, and leading up to 90 Realtors. This experience deepened my understanding of contract negotiations, agent, buyer, and seller dynamics on both sides of the transaction, and the full range of potential outcomes. It also allowed me to build lasting, respectful relationships with thousands of Realtors across the region—connections that continue to benefit my clients today as I once again, focus fully on sales.
I am also one of the founding members of the 5280 City Living Team at Compass, a small group of top-producing professionals with a proven track record that allows me to combine experience, service, and availability at the highest level.
Over the last 15 years, I’ve also built a strong presence in both Metro Denver and Grand County, with a particular focus on Winter Park, Granby, and Fraser. I provide the same high level of service and support in both markets, offering a seamless experience for buyers and sellers—especially those seeking a second (or primary) home in one of Colorado’s fastest-growing resort communities, located less than two hours from Downtown Denver.
