Originally from the East Coast, I moved to Colorado in the mid-90's after falling in love with the mountain lifestyle and the energy of a growing Denver. More than 20 years later, I still feel fortunate to live and work in communities throughout Metro Denver and Grand County, including Winter Park, Fraser, and Granby.

My real estate career began more than two decades ago, when I was honored by my peers as Denver’s Rookie Realtor of the Year. Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to help buyers, sellers, developers, and investors successfully navigate every kind of market (even the BAD ones). My experience includes residential sales, condominiums, land, vacation rentals, investment properties, and mountain homes.

I also previously led two of my former company’s highest-producing offices—Cherry Creek and Highlands—where I coached and managed as many as 100 Realtors. That experience sharpened my skills in contracts, negotiations, liability and understanding the priorities of buyers, sellers, and agents on both sides of a transaction.

Today, as a founding member of the 5280 City Living Team at Compass, I combine highly personalized and candid service with exceptional marketing, technology, and professional support.

For more than 15 years, I’ve also built a strong presence in Grand County, with a special focus on Winter Park and Fraser. Mountain real estate is an exciting and unique market where seasonality, ski-area access, views, rental potential, furnishings, HOA expenses, insurance, and lending requirements can all influence a property’s value and appeal.

I help mountain-home sellers develop the right pricing and marketing strategy, prepare their properties to stand out, and reach buyers throughout Grand County AND the Front Range. For sellers who live outside the area, I can also coordinate staging, cleaning, repairs, contractors, and the many other details needed to bring a property successfully to market.

My connection to both markets is personal as well as professional. My husband, Jud, and I split our time between our homes in Denver’s Mayfair neighborhood and Winter Park Ranch in Fraser, along with our two dogs, Mavis and Bella. Living in both communities gives me firsthand knowledge of—and a genuine appreciation for—the distinct lifestyles each has to offer.
