We were living out of state during the marketing and sale of our home, which created a huge number of unknown challenges. All of those challenges were met and solved in-person and on-location by Chad. From ensuring the yard looked great, to keeping leaves blown off the roof, to washing windows, Chad worked tirelessly to ensure a great experience for anybody taking a look at the house. Early in his career, he played a pivotal role at Hooverās, Inc., contributing to the companyās NASDAQ IPO and subsequent acquisition by Dun & Bradstreet. He later founded Tambaleo, a well-known downtown establishment, and ultimately sold the property to facilitate the development of one of Austinās early high-rise condominium projects. In 2009, Chad co-founded NSR, an IT asset disposition and technology remarketing firm that continues to operate successfully today. His long-standing involvement in both technology and real estate investing naturally led to his transition into residential brokerage in 2016.
A Central Austin resident for nearly three decades, Chad has witnessed the cityās transformation into a globally recognized, design-forward urban market. He resides in Pemberton Heights with his wife, Leah, and their two children, Charlie and Maggie.
