His knowledge of the area – and having lived here for decades – helped us focus. His challenge was complicated by the fact that we were coming from a rural 25-acre property in Mississippi, and we weren’t willing to give up a semblance of perceived distance even in a subdivision-type home. "Chad was recommended to me after I chatted with a friend about a rather difficult and challenging relationship with a realtor I was using to sell my home. I was under quite a bit of stress and not at all confident that my interests were being considered and protected. After an initial discussion with Chad, it was apparent that his code of conduct was (and is!) one of highest integrity and that he was someone not only committed to understanding and protecting my goals, but was honest about expectations for those goals.
