About Chad
Not many people can call themselves true “Austinites,” but Chad has proudly worn that label since 1978. After attending K-12 at the nationally recognized Eanes (Westlake) ISD, he received a Business Degree from Texas State University. He spent many years in Austin's fabulous restaurant business working his way through college before becoming a Stock Broker with Charles Schwab. But when the market turned in 2001 (Dot Com Bust), Chad took the opportunity to pursue his interest in Real Estate and instantly shined. Chad has been a licensed Realtor since 2002. In just his 2nd year as a full-time Realtor, Chad earned several awards including; Four Million Dollar Club and Most Improved Agent...and he has not looked back since. Named one of Texas Monthly Magazine's Five Star Agents for top-rated customer service every year since it was introduced in 2010 (less than 1% of Central Texas Agents have achieved this), Chad continues to focus on quality first. Chad spent several years with two of Austin's largest local builders where he became the Top Producing Sales Consultant in the company. With over 155 homes sold and closed in 2007 alone, he became one of the most knowledgeable New Home Consultants in the Austin area. Chad's in-depth and endless training includes 1000's of hrs. of special real estate courses such as; Real Estate Business, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation, Creative Financing, and much more. In addition, he has attended countless Real Estate Seminars and courses and is an experienced and active Real Estate Investor who has a great understanding of the needs of the different investor philosophies. Away from work, Chad and his wife of over 20 years are the very proud and active parents of three wonderful children.
