"Chad did a remarkable job for us. We were in Mississippi trying to find and purchase a home in Austin, and I know it happens all the time, but it definitely is more difficult than being local. His knowledge of the area – and having lived here for decades – helped us focus. His challenge was complicated by the fact that we were coming from a rural 25-acre property in Mississippi, and we weren’t willing to give up a semblance of perceived distance even in a subdivision-type home. About Chad
Not many people, much less agents, are true "Austinites"...But Chad has been an Austin local since 1978, when his family moved back to the city. From growing up in Eanes (Westlake) ISD to his current home in Central Austin, he has lived in nearly every part of town and knows Austin from the inside out.
After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas State University, Chad began his career as a licensed stock broker at Charles Schwab. The instability of the 2001 market crash, however, pushed him to pursue his deeper interest in real estate, where he has been a licensed Realtor since 2002.
In his first full year as a full-time agent, Chad earned multiple awards, including Four Million Dollar Club and Most Improved Agent…and he hasn’t looked back since. He has been named a Texas Monthly Five Star Agent for top-rated customer service every year since the award’s inception in 2011…a distinction earned by less than half a percent of Austin agents, reflecting his continued focus on quality and client care.
Chad also spent several years with two of Austin’s largest local builders, where he was the company’s Top Producing Sales Consultant. With over 155 homes sold in a single year, he developed deep expertise in new construction. He is also an active real estate investor, giving him strong insight into a wide range of investor strategies and goals.
Away from work, Chad and his wife are proud parents of three and enjoy Austin’s many festivals, races, and outdoor activities. He loves spending time at the lakes, playing basketball, golf, tennis, fishing, gardening, photography,..but most of all, time with his family.
