I was not ready to put my house in the market at that time and told him that I would be interviewing several realtors. Want to see a house last minute on the day before Thanksgiving and put in an offer that night? No problem, Chad set it up and worked until the late hours to get our offer in. When that offer did not pan out, Chad was willing to jump right back on the horse with us and show us a house 2 days later (still Thanksgiving weekend) to put in yet another offer by the weekend's close. His responsiveness never lapsed, even though he was traveling with family for the holiday. This second offer was met with a competing offer from another potential buyer. Chad coached us through the process and advised us on how best to frame our offer that would give us maximum chance with the seller but also wouldn't hang us out to dry by offering too much.
