Chance grew up in South Johnson County and graduated from a small Liberal Arts College with a degree in Business, Marketing, and Critical Thought & Inquire. Specializing in problem-solving, target marketing, and business development his career as a collegiate football player has taught him how to handle adversity, collaboration, leadership, and multitask management, making him a qualified candidate for success in a fast-paced and ever-changing housing industry.

Chance is one of the youngest high-volume producers in the KC Metro market and joins the #1 Small Team in the City at Brimacombe & Cohen. He specializes in working with Sellers, First-Time Home Buyers, and seasoned Investors in the Kansas City Area.
