About Chance
A native Texan and Texas A&M graduate, Chance has called Austin home since 2018. He has lived in several different neighborhoods across the city in that time, which gives him a feel for how each part of Austin actually lives.
Before real estate, Chance spent over a decade in public service and customer service facing roles which taught him to stay calm under pressure, to execute competently, efficiently and consistently, and most importantly to lead with kindness. Helping people has been the throughline of his career, and real estate is no exception. He understands that choosing a home is one of the most important decisions a person makes, and he genuinely looks forward to supporting his clients every step of the way. Chance brings the same steady professionalism and clear communication from the first conversation through closing. His goal is that no client ever has to wonder where things stand.
Chance resides in southeast Austin with his fiancé and their two dogs. They spend their free time hosting family and friends, traveling, paddle-boarding, and finding new off-leash trails to wear the dogs out on. With family ties to Michigan, he can also be found on the ice playing hockey when his schedule (and his dentist) allow.
