About Chandler
Chandler Browning joined the Meredith Ferrell Group in June 2024 as the team’s licensed transaction coordinator, marketing manager & sales agent. In this
role, she serves as the assistant to the senior agents on the team as she develops her own skillset as a luxury agent. Additionally, she acts as the team’s marketing manager through executing strategic initiatives to enhance brand presence, attract prospective clients, and drive sales growth in the competitive Dallas housing market.
Chandler brings a unique perspective to the world of residential real estate, leveraging an extensive background as a seasoned public accountant. Driven by a passion for helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams, Chandler transitioned out of the corporate world and joined MFG. She brings expertise in financial analysis, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Chandler’s family made the move to the Park Cities in 2011. She enjoyed her high school years at Highland Park High School. Chandler quickly fell in love with the city so much so that she decided to stay in Dallas and attend SMU for her undergraduate and master’s degrees. Dallas is truly where Chandler considers home. Her communities of connection from high school, SMU and beyond are what make this city so special to her.

Outside of real estate, Chandler lives in East Dallas with her boyfriend, Wyatt, and enjoys getting out into the neighborhood. She spends time on the Katy Trail with her friends and dogs, in a workout class at Session Pilates, and constantly exploring new Dallas hot spots with Wyatt. Her tried-and-true favorites are lunch at Dive, cocktails at Bowen House, and sushi at Namo.
