Char Glessner

Char Glessner is a local professional real estate agent who brings energy, integrity, and a strong work ethic to every aspect of the buying and selling process. Known for her positivity and drive, Char approaches each client relationship with focus and care, ensuring no detail is overlooked.

Having grown up in Ipswich, Char offers a deep understanding of the North Shore and a genuine connection to the community. After living in Europe and Asia, she returned home and now lives in Wenham with her husband, three young children and her two labs, Maggie and Ceilidh.  Her local knowledge, paired with a global perspective, allows her to thoughtfully guide clients toward decisions that align with both their lifestyle and long-term goals.

A dedicated athlete, Char was inducted into both the Pingree School and Middlebury College Athletic Halls of Fame for her achievements in lacrosse and field hockey. The discipline and determination she developed through athletics carry directly into her real estate career, where she works tirelessly and advocates strongly for her clients.

Outside of real estate, Char enjoys spending time with her family along the Maine coast, embracing outdoor adventures, sailing, skiing, and traveling. She is actively involved in the Hamilton/Wenham community, coaching girls’ youth lacrosse and supporting local sports programs, including baseball, football, and lacrosse. Char is also a dedicated supporter of the Three Sisters Garden Project, which helps provide access to fresh food for those in need locally.
