About Chareen
Chareen was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has traveled extensively, but there is nowhere else like New Orleans. Chareen loves the warm weather, culture, music, friendliness of the people, the high ceilings, long windows, hardwood floors, porches, shutters and colors of our houses which contribute to the richness and unique styles found in NOLA. Chareen is also a Who Dat Saints Football Team Fan.

Chareen attended private school, graduated from Dillard and Xavier Universities; completed education certification at Southern University at New Orleans. After many successful years of working, she wanted to extend her skill set. In 2016, Chareen decided to carry on with being a lifelong learner by continuing her desire to help others achieve their dream of home ownership by enrolling in real estate school. She became a licensed real estate agent in the state of Louisiana, a member of the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. Being a member of NOMAR and NAR means that Chareen has pledged to abide by a code of ethics. Only Realtors are held accountable for their ethical behavior, which sets her apart from being just a real estate agent.

Chareen initially began working with Gardner Realtors; however, in December 2020 Latter & Blum acquired Gardner Realtors and in April 2024 Compass acquired Latter & Blum. Today, she continues to work under the Latter & Blum | Compass brand.

Chareen's zeal for the promotion of education through her own continuing education has helped deepen her professional and personal zest for understanding the real estate profession. Chareen has successfully received certification in C2EX which is commitment to Excellence for dedication and practicing real estate at the highest professional standards.
