We hired Charese to sell our multi-unit building in Roscoe Village not only because or her knowledge and experience, but because it required an agent that could handle all the extra leg work that comes with this type of building. Besides the typical marketing and contract negotiation that lead people to hire a real estate agent, the best agents work their listings to make sure every showing opportunity is maximized and to stay on top of the details that can make or break a deal. Once I handed Charese the keys and introduced her to my tenants, she took it from there coordinating access to the entire building for showings, appraisals, inspections, etc. She handled our tenants with such care and grace that I never had to get involved (which is rare), and she even found one tenant a new apartment in a very tight market so the unit would be clear for the new owner after closing. Not only did that keep my deal running smoothly, but it was a huge relief to us that one of the best tenants of all time found a new home that they were thrilled about because of Charese. The bottom line is hiring the right agent counts, and these are the types of intangibles that make someone the right agent.

All Realtors are not the Same. Choose wisely. I have worked with a number of realtors, and I have friends and family who have worked with realtors. They told me their experiences. The truth is, most realtors are not very good. Charese David is the best realtor bar none. You can stop looking. Charese can look at any property, elevate the positives, negate the negatives, and sell the property quickly. This is a skill. This is more than staging. Charese is a skilled negotiator and will get you the highest price possible. Most realtors are not good negotiators. Most realtors are interested in one thing: Selling a property at any price, getting their commission, and moving on. This is not true for Charese at all. She will look out for your best interests and will hold your hand throughout the process. Charese is available at all hours. Charese can do all of it under the toughest of situations. Mortgage rates are high. The property has problems that need to be overcome. There is too much light. There is not enough light. The place smells like feet. Charese knows how to market a property and how to aggressively drive traffic. Charese is a good resource. She works with lenders who will get you the best rate possible. I shopped around and did my due diligence. I spoke to seven different mortgage lenders, and no one could come close to the rate Charese’s lender friend offered. This also goes for handymen, window cleaners, etc. Charese listens. She can look through potential buyers’ eyes and see what they want-what will grab them emotionally. This is also a great skill. A potential buyer will say yes and pay more if they desire the property. Charese can see through your eyes too. If you are looking to buy a property, she will know exactly what you want in exactly the right neighborhood and exactly the price you can afford. It is a good thing she is a skilled negotiator and will get you a great price, or you would end up paying more."
