That made a huge difference in how confident we felt moving forward.

She also helped structure thoughtful contingencies, which gave us protection without weakening our position. And importantly, she wasn’t afraid to push back when needed. When we considered lowering our offer further (as mentioned above), she was direct about the risk of losing the deal, and she was right.

Insurance ended up being one of the more painful parts of the process, as it is for any purchase now in California, and Charlene went above and beyond there as well. She reached out to multiple brokers and helped us navigate options until we found something workable.

We ended up with a home we absolutely love, at a price we feel very good about.
