About Charlene
When I decided to become a realtor, Gardner was the natural choice. Gardner had been in business 75+ years and would not still be operating if integrity was not a cornerstone of their business philosophy. After getting my license in Fall 2013, I sold my first house three weeks later and have sold 200+ houses since, winning awards each year. Gardner was bought by LatterBlum, and then LB was bought by Compass. Regardless of the name changing, the original core values remain. I'm a fierce advocate for my clients whether they are selling or buying, and am constantly available to my clients regardless of how insignificant they think their question. Buying or selling a house is usually the single largest financial decision a client makes and I take very seriously my role in providing correct information or guiding clients to the appropriate resources to assist them. September 2022 issue of 'New Orleans' Magazine awarded me the designation ""highly recommended"" on their list of Top Real Estate agents, partially based on my winning 'Realtor of the Year' award as the top realtor in an office of 80+ agents.

As a realtor I'm required to take 12 hours CE every year, but hoping to provide even better service to my clients, in my spare time and with my own funds, I pursued my broker's license. This required an additional 150 hours of coursework, multiple tests, and board exams. My endeavor benefits you, my client. I have also earned Historic House Specialist, Military Relocation Professional, Accredited Buyer's Representative, and many more accreditations.

I've sold properties locally and as far away as Folsom; sold vacant land, condos, and houses. I like to do things right the first time and expediently. If it's important to my client, it's important to me. I'm not a 9-5 agent which is why I have many referrals from past clients. Integrity, trust, grace, and speed are words I live by.
