Charlene Nagel

A resident of the Santa Barbara County since 1980, Charlene specializes in residential real estate primarily in Montecito, Hope Ranch, Santa Barbara and the adjacent communities which are made up of vast and various neighborhoods.

Prior to entering the real estate profession, Charlene was the General Manager of the Biltmore Hotel for ten years and was awarded General Manager of the Year. During her tenure in the hospitality industry, Charlene excelled in guest relations and services, marketing, public relations, financials, branding and the importance of community relations.

Charlene's involvement and knowledge of the community and its residents led her into the real estate industry in the early 1990’s when she elected, rather than move away from Santa Barbara and continue her successful hotel career, she opted to pursue a new direction as a real estate professional. As a result, Charlene has consistently been recognized as an outstanding and top producer from the onset of her real estate career which has spanned over the past 30 years.

Charlene has an intuitive and accomplished negotiation style, business savvy and expansive inside knowledge of the current real estate market. She has a very strong referral network and a plethora of resources to draw upon within the real estate and business communities of Santa Barbara County.
