Charlie has lived on the Hamakua Coast of Big Island of Hawaii for over 45 years and been licensed as a Realtor for over 37 years. He specializes in land acquisition, and development while focusing on the island’s unique ranch, farm land and oceanfront properties. His many years of experience working with attorney’s, surveyors, title and escrow companies, the County and State have honed his ability to expertly assist his clients through the process of securing and/or selling their special piece of real estate. Charlie feels that a career in Real Estate is about helping people find their place in paradise and achieving the client’s investment goals. By serving the needs of his clients, the rewards are many and ongoing. His passion for organic gardening and island living translates to a unique understanding of sustainability and creating beautiful island homesteads.
