Chuck Holcomb

Born and raised in Los Gatos, Chuck boasts a uniquely diverse skillset, bolstered by an extensive business background. With an early career founded in large-scale agribusiness, the Silicon Valley native skillfully handled supply chain management and contract negotiations before leading large scale capital projects focused on improving infrastructure.

The Cal Poly alum spent a tenure leading management teams of all sizes, coaching staff to be competitive in the marketplace and systematically work toward a common goal. Excelling at educating and creating value, he skillfully leveraged each opportunity to the benefit of his team and clients. 

Today, Chuck is still driven by the same desire to provide solutions for a spectrum of clients. Known for being exceedingly dedicated and meticulous in his approach, he brings his own personal blend of integrity, loyalty, and honesty to each relationship and transaction. 

Through Chuck’s deep commitment to his clients and the valued relationships developed with them, he exhibits genuine care, dedication and true advocacy. His immediate accessibility, answers to timely questions and commanding perspective, are all part of Chuck’s distinguished style in providing an unprecedented depth of real estate service.

Currently residing in the town he grew up, Chuck actively volunteers as a member of The Los Gatos Lions Club and is serving his first term as Board Member for The Town Of Los Gatos. He values every moment spent with family and loves the occasional round of golf.
