About Charles
It is a wonderful feeling when a former client greets you saying, “I think of you everyday living in this perfect house that you found for us.”

For over twenty years, Charlie Irwin has worked in the real estate industry and offers a unique perspective to his clients. He understands how to be effective at selling real estate and assisting clients to find their dream home. Charlie has also worked with developers and individuals almost exclusively in residential sales, from a 200-acre horse farm to 2 bedroom condominiums. He has supervised projects for demanding clients and institutions like Goldman Sachs and Sumitomo Bank as well as many straightforward real estate transactions for a variety of individuals with unique circumstances.

With many years selling luxury cooperatives and condominiums in NYC, and beautiful single-family homes in Philadelphia’s Main Line, Charlie has experienced and negotiated many deals in real estate. Charlie has often been the choice of executors and institutions because of his extra level of fiduciary experience.

Charlie’s expertise has also included overseeing major repairs and capital projects in both interior and exterior spaces. He has assisted with mortgage refinancing packages, insurance requirements, and short term financing. He has extensive experience in improving the value of assets so that sellers get the optimal price and buyers get the best home possible.

Born and raised in Manhattan, Charlie and his wife are excited to live in the beautiful Coral Gables section of Miami. With easy access to the beach, brilliant weather, and a cosmopolitan city, Miami is the perfect place to live. Charlie attended Franklin College in Switzerland and received bachelor's and master’s degrees in Art History and Business from New York University. He has pursued a lifelong interest in fine arts, particularly fine art prints. In his leisure time, he enjoys culinary arts and playing squash, tennis, pickleball, and golf.
