A Massachusetts native, Charles grew up in Wellesley before relocating to downtown Boston at the age of 15. Throughout the years, he has lived in many of the city’s rich neighborhoods and has a strong understanding of local history, social dynamics and market trends, making him a valuable resource to his clients. He has spent the last 19 years living in the emerging Seaport District, where he is an active member of the community. As a founding member of the Fort Point Neighborhood Association, Charles has had his finger on the pulse of community development in the Seaport and has watched the neighborhood evolve into one of the city’s most sought-after locations.
