Charles Larkam

Charles Larkam specializes in helping clients buy and sell Texas land, ranches, and investment properties. A fifth-generation Austinite, Charles developed a passion for Texas land at an early age through countless hours outdoors with his father and grandfather, fostering a lifelong appreciation for the landscapes, heritage, and opportunities that make Texas unique.

Charles began his real estate career with The Larkam Group, where he built a strong foundation in residential real estate before moving to Dallas to spend two years in multifamily investment sales. He later returned to Austin to join a Texas land investment company, serving as Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner while also sourcing, evaluating, and marketing land across the state.

Today, Charles combines his experience in residential, investment, and land real estate to provide strategic guidance to landowners, investors, developers, ranchers, and recreational buyers throughout Texas. Outside of real estate, Charles enjoys chasing redfish on the fly along the Texas coast and hunting quail across South Texas. Those pursuits keep him closely connected to the land and the lifestyle that first inspired his career.
