"Charlie has been absolutely amazing during our move-in process. Due to covid-19 we were not able to have a walkthrough in person. He was able to FaceTime us a thorough viewing of the apartment. He is quick with communication both phone and email. When we had difficulty with the homeowners association we were working with Charlie was able to step in and mediate things for us. When we were having difficulty with our move in date he was able to coordinate with our landlord and get us situated to move in a timely manner. Out of kindness, he covered our HOA fee for both of our applications. I highly recommend his service. He is professional, friendly, and accommodating!"
