Cindy Duffy Chase

Cindy Duffy Chase is a Realtor with Compass California. A Native of Wisconsin Cindy moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 1994 and began selling real estate in 1998. Cindy began her career with Prudential California Realty in Pleasanton and quickly rose within the company to consistently hold a spot in the top agent list. In addition to selling real estate with Prudential California Realty, she also volunteered her time to train new agents within their corporate office. She trained and mentored agents through formal processes to help them structure their successful career in real estate. In 2006, Cindy became Vice President of Resort Living and worked closely with Kukui Ula, a DMB Project on the Garden Island of Kauai Hawaii.

In 2011, Cindy joined Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty. She was drawn to the iconic company for its global connection, knowing that the brand heritage and its high standards, unparalleled marketing, and agent support would bring the best possible experience to her clients.

In 2019, after 21 years of successfully serving her clients through buying and selling real estate, Cindy was offered a leadership position with-in Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty. As the premier brand and largest affiliate of Sotheby’s International Realty in Northern California, Cindy knew that this agent-owned company would be a great fit for her evolving career in real estate. In September 2019 she accepted the position and quickly created a positive environment of coaching, mentoring and inspiring. Her staff, agents and community responded well and she grew the East Bay offices. In 2023 Cindy retired from her managing position with Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty and moved to the Garden island of Kauai.

Cindy has continued to serve her clients in the San Francisco Bay area through a partnership established in April 2025 with Jeannette Reese. After 4 years of managing and working closely with attorney's, contracts and her agents clients, Cindy's level of service has yet risen to another level. Her expertise in contracts, conflict, and customer service have positioned her to be able to offer a perspective of service that is hard to find in the real estate industry today. She is an expert in agency, contracts, organization and putting her clients needs first. Cindy travels back to the Bay area frequently and is known among her peers as a positive, solution orientated person, a good coach, motivational speaker, listener and extremely responsive. Cindy loves to inspire and help others. It is important to her that you know you are working with a person of absolute integrity, trust, and ethics. She approaches her business & leadership position with a commitment to provide superior service to her clients, agents and community.

She also has an extensive understanding of the top real estate brands and the impact on the local, regional and international markets.
