About Charlie
Charlie Cohen acts as Principal of COHEN MORSCH. He has worked in real estate since 2012. Charlie has handled everything from first-time residential buyers to large-scale multi-family assets. Charlie spent the first half of his career focusing on add-value multi-family housing, but is also known for his sales of architecturally significant properties throughout Chicago that include works from Edgar Miller, Andrew Rebori, Mies Van Der Rohe, Stanley Tigerman, Nagle/Hartray, Homer Rissman and more.
Along with Alex, Charlie also oversees the development arm of COHEN MORSCH. Charlie has a passion for architecture, design and all things Chicago. His industry expertise is well-known and well-regarded. He has been quoted in numerous periodicals and writes a popular blog on the economics, policy and the culture of housing in Chicago.
