Our experience with Charlie and his team were incredible! Our home had tenants in residence and we
were expecting a long process to sell it but it sold within a month! They helped our tenants find their new
home to rent, and ensure they get accepted in their rental application which didn’t come easy. Charlie had
to talk to the rental agent, had us send letter of recommendations and worked on other challenges that
came up until finally the tenants got accepted and happily moved out of our home. It was a breeze after
this. Any challenges that came up, is always accompanied by suggested solutions when presented to us,

A UCLA graduate with a double major in History and Sociology, Charlie was actively involved in extracurriculars including Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, Student Alumni Association, and Rowing Crew. He is a member of Freedom Church and enjoys spending time with his family. His evenings and weekends include Brazilian Jiu Jitsu with his son, golfing, watching football, and quality time with his wife and business partner Dana.
Charlie has three sons: twins Carlos and Damien, age 23, who recently graduated from CSUN and UCSD and are joining the family business as real estate agents, and Joaquin, age 11, who is already proving to be quite the negotiator.
