Raised in the small town of Woodside, Charlie Lambert has built deep connections throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Santa Cruz County. Known for his integrity, clear communication, and ability to navigate complex transactions, Charlie provides thoughtful and strategic representation to buyers and sellers across the region.

Charlie brings a unique perspective to real estate shaped by his background in construction, project management, and entrepreneurship. As the son of a carpenter and grandson of an engineer, he grew up around job sites and developed an early appreciation for craftsmanship and the details that make a home truly exceptional.

Before entering real estate, Charlie founded Ocean2Table, a successful Santa Cruz–based food delivery business focused on serving the local community. The experience strengthened his skills in negotiation, leadership, and client service, which he now applies to helping clients achieve their real estate goals.

Charlie holds a degree in Environmental Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and is a key member of the Sam Bird-Robinson Real Estate Group, a respected Santa Cruz County team known for professionalism, local expertise, and exceptional client service.

Community

Charlie is passionate about supporting organizations that protect the natural environment and encourage youth participation in athletics throughout the region. His community involvement includes being a member of USA Water Polo, a member and donor to the Monterey Bay Salmon and Trout Project (MBSTP), and a previous member of the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary Council. He also supports youth aquatics programs, including Cabrillo College and UC Santa Cruz Aquatics.


Life Outside Real Estate

Charlie lives in Santa Cruz with his wife, Genna, and their Catahoula dog, Beau. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, swimming, water polo, free diving, surfing, fishing, and exploring Santa Cruz’s vibrant dining scene with family and friends.
