He is a key member of the TCIAC Committee at Howard University, where he helps nominate future trustees, and serves on the Executive Committee of the Howard University Alumni Association (HUAA). His board roles also include Mental Health First Connects and the Harlem Fine Arts Show.
A proud Howard alumnus, Charlie’s leadership has spanned multiple roles, including Past President of HUAA, overseeing a network of 86,000 alumni. He previously served as Northeast Region Chair and President of the Howard University Alumni Club of Greater New York.
In addition to his professional and alumni leadership, Charlie has supported the arts and community development as a former board member of the Ronald K. Brown/Evidence Dance Company and Brooklyn Community Services.
