Charlie earned his Brokers License in 2013 and the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation in 2015.

Having spent 20+ years buying, remodeling and selling homes in the Houston area, he offers insightful knowledge based on firsthand experience. He has a keen eye for detail, which is a useful tool in assisting sellers in preparation for the critical ‘first impression' when their home hits the market. A third-generation Houstonian, Charlie grew up in the home that his grandfather built in River Oaks. Aside from his passion for real estate and his love of Houston, Charlie enjoys Astros baseball, cycling, snow skiing and attending any college sporting event. Charlie has 4 amazing children. Scarlet, Andrew, Ruby and Nola.   Lulu, his rescue mutt, is also an important part of his family!
