Charlie Nucci brings an investor's eye to real estate brokerage. Specializing in buyer and seller representation across The Hamptons and Brooklyn, Charlie doesn't just help clients transact — he helps them see the deal the way an investor would: the renovation upside, the long-term appreciation potential, and the financing structure that makes an offer work.

That perspective comes from experience most brokers don't have. Charlie began his career on Morgan Stanley's real estate investing team, then founded Canvas Investments, a design-forward real estate investment and renovation platform. He's personally underwritten deals, managed complex renovations, and worked hands-on with contractors and designers to turn undervalued properties into standout homes. That background means clients get more than a broker — they get financial analysis, value-add insight, and design judgment baked into every recommendation.

Splitting his time between Brooklyn and Sag Harbor, Charlie brings genuine local fluency in both markets — not just listings knowledge, but a feel for value, potential, and what a property could become. His clientele of entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and investors come to him precisely because he thinks like they do.

Charlie holds a degree in Public Policy and Economics from Duke University, where he graduated Cum Laude.
