Charlie has always had a knack for real estate - it’s practically in his DNA. Growing up in Goodlettsville, Tennessee, Charlie watched his family shape Nashville’s housing scene, starting with his grandfather, who founded Phillips Builders back in 1952. Those years spent around the family business gave Charlie an early appreciation for what goes into building quality homes and strong communities.

That passion for homes only grew stronger. While studying at Belmont University, Charlie spent his summers selling houses alongside his dad, and it didn’t take long for him to realize he genuinely loved helping people find their perfect place. Over the years, Charlie built on that foundation, working with home-building companies and developing a deep, hands-on understanding of construction and design. Knowing how homes are built from the ground up has become one of his greatest assets as a real estate agent. Charlie can spot the little details that matter most and help buyers see the true potential in every property.

Now, with his daughters Meg and Janey off to college, Charlie is excited to return to real estate full-time. For him, it’s a natural next step and one that combines his family legacy, years of experience, and a lifelong love for helping people find (or create) their dream homes.
