About Charlie

My passion lies in continuous learning, assisting others, and thriving in competitive environments. Real estate serves as the ideal platform for me to harness these abilities. Navigating through the dynamic real estate market, creating, and executing strategies, and achieving successful outcomes for every client are the cornerstones of my approach.

I grew up in Longmont, CO, I have lived in Denver for more than two decades. Having attended the University of Denver and competed in Division I golf for the university, I went on to pursue a professional golfing career for five years, participating in events on the Nationwide Tour (now Korn Ferry). The skills honed through competitive golf have seamlessly translated into the professional sphere, forming the bedrock of my daily endeavors.

Transitioning from the world of golf, I delved into real estate almost ten years ago. Initially, I concentrated on the new build sector, collaborating with various developers to market their projects in Denver. This experience provided me with invaluable insights into construction, pricing, builder contracts, timelines, and profitability. After obtaining my managing broker’s license, I assumed the role of running a small brokerage firm, expanding my presence in the resale market in Denver. With numerous successful transactions and accolades under my belt, I firmly believe that effective communication, access to information, and being readily available are the key pillars of being a Realtor. Furthermore, I take pride in my ability to negotiate, which is rooted in my effective communication skills, extensive knowledge base, and experience over hundreds of deals.

During my down time, I love moments spent with my wife Kyle, son Wyatt, and daughter Lennox. I also continue to participate in golf tournaments as an amateur at the state and national levels, and when the clubs get put away, I love to hit the slopes.
