Before becoming a full-time Realtor®, Charlotte built a career in the mortgage and mortgage insurance industries. That experience gives her a unique understanding of the entire homeownership journey, from financing and underwriting to closing and beyond. She uses that knowledge to help clients make informed decisions and navigate the process with clarity and confidence.

She's an avid TarHeel and Carolina Hurricanes fan. She and her husband are the proud parents of three grown sons and are embracing this new season as empty nesters.
