About Charlotte
Born and raised here, I just love New Orleans, and the spectacularly unique neighborhoods in our beloved city. I enjoy the amazing architecture, lush gardens and unique street scenes for which our city is known. I'm an avid gardener, amateur photographer and foodie, enjoy walking for exercise, our wonderful festivals & cultural activities, and live music scene!

I have been a full time professional realtor since 2012, after raising my children to a certain level of independence. I've earned Accredited Buyer Representative and Seller Representative Specialist designations, and Ninja and Historic House Specialist certifications. I've worked with renters and landlords, buyers and sellers, and love that every transaction is different. I enjoy working with and meeting new clients, offering advice on staging, pricing, negotiation strategies, understanding inspection findings, while remaining detail oriented, professional, respectful, and honest with all involved parties.
