Charlotte Reilly

Charlotte is a seasoned communications professional who excels in making her clients
feel comfortable and confident as they navigate the complexities of buying, renting or
selling in a highly competitive environment. As a senior executive with more than 15
years experience in business and integrated marketing, she is a strategic client
counselor who thinks pragmatically about her clients’ needs, taking a proactive and
solutions-oriented approach to every engagement.

Born and raised in Northern Virginia, Charlotte and her husband returned to Old Town
Alexandria in 2016 to put down roots near family. Over the past decade they’ve lived in
and become intimately familiar with many of Alexandria’s unique neighborhoods and
love exploring the history, local businesses and community events that each has to
offer.

Having owned, renovated and property managed homes across Alexandria and
Arlington, Charlotte has a strong understanding and passion for real estate investment.
With a love of design and transformation, (and a contractor husband), Charlotte enjoys
finding hidden gems and helping clients see the potential in each property. Drawing on
both her personal experience with remodels as well as her deep knowledge of the area,
Charlotte is uniquely positioned to help clients consider value-add opportunities and
identify ways to maximize returns on their real estate.

Outside of helping her clients, Charlotte prides herself on being active in her community,
serving as the varsity gymnastics coach at Yorktown High School in Arlington, a yoga
teacher (RYT-200) at CorePower and a volunteer at her daughters’ preschool, St.
Clement. She is also a certified sommelier.

Charlotte holds Bachelors degrees in Business Marketing as well as Sports
Management from Indiana University in Bloomington, and a Masters in Public Relations
from the University of Miami. She currently lives in the Clover-College Park
neighborhood of Alexandria with her husband, two young daughters, father-in-law, and
Puerto-Rican rescue pup.
